Procurement Logistics Analyst

Primary Purpose:
- Support management of Clarios transportation and distribution procurement activities performed in MX.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures established by the company in terms of supplies and make sure is well documented.
- Contract management administration.
- Support pre-qualification process on all logistics providers.
- Lead automation projects for the department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage spot freight requests.
- Manage weekly pricing changes.
- Update rates addendums as needed.
- Ensure all contracts, exhibits, COI, addendums are properly uploaded in Ariba.
- Management of certificate of insurance and expirations.
- Support pre-qualification process for all new providers.
- Support annual activities as Ocean bid, TL bid, etc.
- Supports the implementation of new policies and processes in Procurement.
- Supports internal and external Procurement audits.
