About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing requisitions, sourcing quotations, placing orders, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and support operational requirements
- Liaise with vessels, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of supplies
- Support Superintendents in monitoring procurement budgets and maintaining cost control
- Execute additional procurement-related tasks to support team objectives
- 1–2 years of procurement experience in global marine supply management
- Experience within a ship management company is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities effectively
