- Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, manage tenders, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor supplier contracts and pricing to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Forecast medication demand and coordinate inventory replenishment to prevent stock shortages and product expiry.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries using ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central).
- Coordinate medication distribution, including urgent repacking and dispatch to clinics.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold chain requirements.
