About the Role
**Description:**
You will be the Procurement Engineering Manager for the Procurement Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting PAC‑3 Production efforts and reducing risk in the supply base.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Procurement Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of engineers, driving standardized processes, and delivering cost‑ and schedule‑focused solutions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a team of Procurement Engineers supporting PAC‑3 Production.
+ Provide training and coaching to standardize and streamline production processes.
+ Support Production Supply Chain Management Teams and manage risk/opportunity initiatives.
+ Manage the Statement of Requirements (SOR) and participate in change‑management activities.
+ Conduct capacity and capability analysis and facilitate process‑improvement actions such as PFMEA, failure investigations, and corrective actio...
