Procurement and Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and quality requirements
• Support in maintaining accurate and updated inventory records in the systems.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for proper storage and issuance of materials
• Help manage documentation such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices
• Work closely with other departments to fulfill materials requirements for projects.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
