About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and assist in price negotiations.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials.
  • Support documentation: POs, delivery receipts, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet project material needs.
  • Help evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years in procurement or inventory, preferably HVAC or furniture industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
