About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and value-added services.
  • Processing purchase requisitions and keeping internal stakeholders informed on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and quantities.
  • Coordinating and monitoring delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
  • Tracking and optimizing inventory levels to reduce excess stock while avoiding shortages.
  • Analyzing and comparing suppliers’ prices, terms, and quality to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
