Job Description

- Oversee production planning processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Communicate production KPIs and quality-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across KPIs and related processes.

Requirement

- 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in automotive manufacturing
- Business-level English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
