Process Improvement & Operations Intern (Manufacturing Operations)

R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. 
 
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support the development of a process management system within our manufacturing operations. This role will focus on mapping, analyzing, and documenting core production workflows to improve visibility, standardization, and performance across the factory. 

The intern will work directly with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to build foundational tools that enhance training, accountability, and continuous improvement.
