Process Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Process Engineer is responsible for the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality production.This role will work closely with the assembly area, New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, and cross-functional departments to analyze, improve, and implement process changes.The focus will be on reducing quality issues, enhancing productivity, improving safety and ergonomics, and supporting cost-reduction initiatives.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze process flows and equipment utilization, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Conduct capacity modeling and cost analysis to support process improvements.
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
