Your role ensures continuous improvement across global manufacturing facilities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and safety initiatives tailored to optimize existing SRU & SWS operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance reviews of SRU & SWS operations
• Create actionable quarterly benchmarking reports
• Lead workshops to exchange best practices
• Execute technical advisory support in various operations
• Assess and implement cost optimization strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering
