About the Role
Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)
Job Responsibilities- Develop and optimize production processes to ensure smooth flow and efficient operations
- Develop and maintain documentation including process sheets, operating work instructions, forms and records
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and improve quality
- Design jigs, fixtures and gauges for production
- Lead in commissioning of production equipment and machines
- Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing/production industry
- Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks
