About the Role
Responsibilities:
Analyze and identify gaps in current processes, recommend improvements to headquarters for approval, and lead the implementation of new or revised processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of process changes. Proactively identify potential issues to prevent incidents before they occur. Ensure plant operations are in compliance with design specifications. Lead Risk Assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), following through with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. Conduct regular inspections, checks, and team briefings to maintain operational standards. Deliver training sessions to technicians on new or modified processes. Mentor and train the engineering team to ensure high levels of technical competency and performance.
