Process Engineer

Objective Serve as the technical specialist for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) process engineering and lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, drive cost reduction, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the process engineering lead for PCBA, supporting both NPI and mass production phases to meet customer deliverables. Participate in the RFQ phase, addressing process technical queries and obtaining tooling quotations Develop and implement manufacturing plans for NPI projects, including process setup, layout, validation, and documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions) in collaboration with Site FA teams.
