Process Development Engineer 2

Job Description

• Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments
• Work with RND to manage for the success implementation of NPR.
• Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time and reduce CoPQ in production.
• Generate and maintain the documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) and pilot report.
• Apply sound engineering knowledge in the trouble shooting product failure, produce failure analysis report and perform corrective action.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering with 2~5 years working experience.
• Knowledge and experience in specific areas such as PCB assembly, plastic parts, sheet metal stampings...
