Nurse Practitioner - PRN
Unity is seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse practitioner (NP) to assist in overseeing the clinical care and treatment of Unity patients in collaboration with the patients' attending providers and with the Unity Medical Director and medical team members. The NP provides clinical direction and guidance to the Unity staff to assure high quality of care for patients and their families, consistent with Unity's mission and values. The NP supports Unity's programs and works within the regulatory framework of hospice care. The NP functions independently and collaboratively under the guidance of the Medical Director or designee, providing services related to hospice and palliative care.
Schedule: PRN - hours 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
PRN requirements: must work a minimum of 16 hours per month, at least one holiday per year, and weekends as determined by the leader/designee based on departmental need.
