Prison Literacy Lead — Peer Learning Champion

Shannon Trust facilitator role at HMP Bure is a fixed-term post until 31 July 2027, based in the prison. You will lead and develop our reading and numeracy programme, working closely with prison staff, prisoners, volunteers and mentors to maximise literacy learning opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in prison environments and possess resilience, relationship-building skills and a problem-solving mindset. Role requires prison security clearance before offer.
