About the Role
**Job Title:** Print Technician - Laser Operator
**Location:** La Prairie, Quebec
**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant
**Hours:** Evening, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
**ROLE**
Under the supervision of the Production Director, the incumbent is responsible for laser print production and associated quality control. They are also responsible for ensuring a clear understanding of all job requirements.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operate multiple laser presses (Xerox Nuvera, Versant, Iridesse or equivalent)
+ Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform basic daily maintenance
+ Set up production jobs (job setup)
+ Troubleshoot minor issues related to paper, toner, or equipment
+ Work closely with Xerox technicians
+ Act as a liaison with programmers for technical matters
+ Perform approvals (multiple steps) and testing in collaboration with Customer Service
