Principal Technical Lead – AMC & Production Operations

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Technical Lead to lead Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Production Operations for our Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, production support governance, and continuous improvement of a large-scale financial ecosystem operating in a 24x7 environment. This role requires strong expertise in production operations, incident management, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise financial systems. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience managing mission-critical banking or FinTech platforms.
