This role offers the opportunity to partner with senior leadership and help shape our executive hiring approach across multiple business areas.

About the Opportunity:

  • Lead and deliver executive searches across all global functions, from Director level and above.
  • Partner with senior hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Own end-to-end search delivery: role scoping, sourcing strategy, market mapping, candidate management, and offer support.
