We are seeking a senior, multi‑disciplinary Systems Analyst who can operate as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner/Manager, and Project Lead. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between executive stakeholders, business partners, IT, development/engineering teams, and QA, translating ambiguity into clarity and strategy into executable solutions.
This role supports large‑scale modernization initiatives across regulated, transactional systems while also handling day‑to‑day operational enhancements. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, creative, and forward‑thinking, with a strong desire to continuously evolve as technology evolves—particularly in the areas of automation, system optimization, and modern delivery practices.
