Salary Range: $160,000–$200,000

The successful candidate will bring advanced structural geology expertise, strong field‑based experience, and the ability to provide practical consulting advice throughout the mineral exploration and mining project lifecycle. The position is particularly well suited to an experienced professional who can combine technical leadership with client relationship management, mentorship, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead belt‑to deposit‑scale structural analysis and interpretation of mineralized systems.
• Provide structural geology expertise for projects ranging from early‑stage exploration through resource studies, engineering studies, and operational mine support.
• Undertake and oversee field‑based structural analysis, geological mapping, and drill‑core interpretation.
