Principal Product Manager - Verification & Activation(Exchange)

Crypto.com Exchange serves tens of millions of users globally. This Product Manager leads the end‑to‑end transition from verified identity to funded, active trader across five interdependent areas: KYC approval, Re‑KYC, Deposit & Withdrawal, First Trade & Activation, and Onboarding Rewards.

• Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Manage multi‑vendor IDV infrastructure, combat synthetic fraud and AI‑generated identity attacks.
• Design low‑disruption re‑verification flows for existing users.
• Serve as gatekeeper for deposit and withdrawal experiences across all markets.
• Define eligibility rules, limits, and method lifecycle decisions.
