About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead training & education for pre-registrants to senior pharmacists
- Develop learning objectives, curriculum & training materials
- Review and verify medication orders
- Perform medication reconciliation
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds & ambulatory clinical services
- Dispense and counsel patients on medications
- Oversee pharmacy assistants & technicians
- Support department education & development programmes
- Drive ad-hoc quality improvement and clinical projects
