Principal, Global Head of VOIE Partnerships, Canada

Role Summary

The Global Head of VOIE Partnerships is responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across technology providers, payroll providers, data aggregators, and global ecosystem partners. This person will drive partner‑led record and revenue growth, ensure mutual value creation, and position the company as a central VOIE (Verification of Income & Employment) provider in multiple geographies, starting with Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the alliances and partner strategy, aligning with corporate and business unit growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities, data coverage, revenue opportunities and geographic presence.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with strategic partners, driving mutual value.
• Develop joint business plans and go‑to‑market initiatives with partners to maximize the revenue impact.
