Job Description Summary

Principal Faculty are responsible for teaching, curriculum development, student assessment, and Program support across all phases of the Physician Assistant Program. Faculty contribute to the academic, professional, and accreditation-related functions of the Program in alignment with
ARC-PA Standards. Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.

  • Minimum of three years of clinical practice experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.

  • Current NCCPA certification (for PA applicants).

  • Current Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior teaching experience in graduate medical education.

  • Scholarly activity and/or research experience in academic or clinical settings.
