Principal Engineer/Deputy Principal Engineer (IP2D, PMCST)

What the role is

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team as a Principal Engineer (PE)/Deputy Principal Engineer (DPE) for the civil and structural (C&S) engineering of the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) Phase 2, a large‑scale Waste‑to‑Energy incineration plant. You will provide C&S engineering expertise across all project phases—planning and design, construction, to testing and commissioning—working closely with consultants and stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee C&S engineering for IWMF Phase 2 across all project phases, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate C&S works with consultants, agencies, and authorities, managing regulatory submissions and securing timely approvals (e.g. BCA, PUB).
