Our Client is a professional construction consultancy looking for a Principal Designer to undertake an interesting new role. We are seeking to develop a dedicated resource to deliver the Principal Designer services to our clients. Particular attention drawn to the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA).

Role Requirements:

The Principal Designer Building Regulations will carry out duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA), working with Housing Association, Local Authority Clients and Contractors.
