Principal/Civil Structural Designer

Wood are currrently recruiting for a Principal Structural/Civil Designer with extensive Oil & Gas experience to join our Team in Aberdeen. The Principal Structural/Civil Designer will: + Contribute to engineering excellence by providing the link between engineering design theory and practical application, translating critical design concepts into workable plans for tangible end-products + Prepare engineering drawings in their discipline area from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures + Create designs and sketch out detailed plans for projects such as commercial, industrial, and civil sector structures and plant and/or manufactured products and systems + Plan and carry out technical assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
