Synchro have partnered with a large and very well‑known organisation and we are hiring for a director level Lead / Principal Engineer to lead a small, high‑impact team of specialists responsible for developing AI capabilities across the organisation.

This team builds APIs and libraries as well as thought leadership that empower AI teams across the firm, from reproducing external research to publishing innovative work that pushes the boundaries of applied AI in financial services.

In this highly senior, and hands‑on role, you will lead and mentor a high‑performing team of AI engineers & researchers. Working closely with your team, you will help develop reusable AI services, APIs, and libraries used across multiple lines of business.
