Position Details: Temporary Contract 0.6 FTE, August 28, 2026 – June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Co‑design and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of individual students and the Ministry requirements.
• Establish a respectful and safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty to create innovative lessons and units that include experiential learning.
• Attend professional development to strengthen and inform teaching practice locally and internationally.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information related to Collingwood School, students, families, and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Visual Arts.
• Passion for visual arts and experience teaching art at the elementary level (Junior Kindergarten through Grade 7).
