Position Highlights

• Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Middletown, Connecticut
• Hours:40 hours paid per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
• Role:100% office-based ambulatory primary care - all ages
• Call Schedule: Call group of 7 physicians and 1 APP - Averages 7 weekends of call per year, 4-5 days per month.

• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI note writer, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
