Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Transformation Actuary to drive the end-to-end delivery of a new, clearly defined rating model system and process for our London Market business. This role will be central to reshaping how pricing models are developed, governed, and deployed across all London Market lines. The successful candidate will combine strong technical pricing expertise with proven transformation leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complexity in a highly matrixed environment. This is a hands‑on delivery role requiring ownership, pace, and clarity.
