About the Role
Tender Management
Support end-to-end tender activities across the APAC region, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).Assist in preparing pricing matrices, proposal documentation and submission materials in accordance with tender requirements and deadlines.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required operational, commercial and pricing information for tender submissions. Analyse transportation, logistics and distribution cost structures to support pricing recommendations.Consolidate and validate pricing inputs from Procurement, Operations and Sales teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.Assist in developing pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
