Pricing Specialist (Xico)

At OMRON, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support our commercial operations and drive data-driven decision making across the business. This role plays a key part in managing pricing programs, supporting sales teams, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Special Price Requests (SPR) for customers and distributors
• Analyze sales and pricing data to ensure accuracy and business impact
• Support sales teams with pricing strategies and commercial conditions
• Monitor and support national pricing agreements (NPAs)
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or similar roles
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
