Pricing and Procurement Executive

Team Member - Pricing & Procurement Responsibilities Pricing & Quotations Prepare and issue accurate freight quotations for ocean FCL/LCL, road, and multimodal shipments. Analyze market rates, carrier tariffs, and surcharge structures to develop competitive pricing. Work closely with the sales team to respond to RFQs and tenders within agreed turnaround times. Maintain and update the internal rate management system with current buy and sell rates. Evaluate lane-level profitability and provide pricing recommendations to management. Procurement & Carrier Management Source, negotiate, and secure competitive rates from ocean carriers, airlines, trucking companies, and co-loaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier and agent networks (IATA, FIATA, WCA, etc.). Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and seasonal rate fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.
