As a pivotal member of the team, you will report directly to the Associate Director for Pricing and Profitability Management. Your role will include managing case escalations and ensuring clear communication regarding pricing decisions. You'll work closely with Underwriting departments to evaluate complex cases and employ technology for streamlined pricing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case escalations concerning quotes and renewals
• Document and communicate pricing decisions effectively
• Handle ad-hoc pricing requests related to Group Benefits
• Independently assess escalated cases' viability
• Assist with special projects and market segment reviews

• Minimum 4 years in Group Benefits
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
