The pressure vessel responsible person (painelaitteista vastaava henkilö in Finnish) is defined primarily under Finnish national pressure equipment legislation and related EU directives – particularly the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) and the Finnish Pressure Equipment Act (1144/2016) (Painelaitelaki).
