About the Role

            Responsibilities:  Plan and facilitate a variety of activities for children, including songs, games, and storytelling. 
Set daily routines, offer positive guidance, and help build children's self-esteem. 
Deliver lessons based on the centre's curriculum. 
Observe and track each child's learning progress. 
Maintain strong communication and relationships with parents, students, and staff. 
Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all children. 
Supervise, guide, and motivate Assistant Teachers and classroom helpers. 
Follow the centre's assigned work shift schedule. 
Carry out other related duties when needed.
