We are seeking cooks to join our team at Colgate University and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers

Key Responsibilities:

Prep Cook - Grill Operation: Operate and maintain the grill station, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order.

Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of foods on the grill, including meats, vegetables, and other grill-specific items. Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the kitchen.

Cooking to Order: Cook items to customer specifications, accommodating special requests and dietary needs when possible.
