Our client, a successful manufacturing business are currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team.


This is a full-time permanent position, working in Norwich.


Hours:


Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm


Overtime is also available


Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods

  • This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks.

  • Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output

  • A patient, focused and reliable approach to work
