Pre-Owned Commercial Vehicle Operations Manager

The Pre-Owned Operations Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing the OEM’s pre-owned vehicle operations. Initially focused on professionalising and controlling the Tradeback process through an outsourced partner, the role will evolve to develop a full‑fledged Pre-Owned Division , enhance resale strategies, and expand the brand’s presence in the pre‑owned commercial truck market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tradeback & Partner Oversight
   • Oversee trade‑in vehicle processing and stock movement with an outsourced partner
   • Monitor refurbishment, cost control, and wholesale pricing
   • Ensure accurate reporting and competitive pricing alignment
