Pre-Contract Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Contract Estimator to join a leading construction business in Dubai. This role is suited to a Civil Engineer with strong pre-contract, tendering, and cost estimation experience within a main contractor environment.

You will be responsible for managing full pre-contract estimating activities, including tender analysis, pricing strategy, and cost planning to support competitive and successful project bids.

• Prepare detailed pre‑contract cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
