**Job Summary and Qualifications:**
Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide back up support for Practice Specialist I.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Two year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
