This is more than a traditional treatment room role. You will work closely with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Allied Health Professionals to support chronic disease management, preventative healthcare, care planning, health assessments, immunisations, and ongoing patient engagement.
