Practice Manager

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm
• Lead operations, finance and a 15-20 person team
• $90k + salary + bonus opportunity

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded manager to step into a key leadership role within a primary healthcare setting in Whakatāne.
You will lead the day-to-day operations of an established medical centre, supporting a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver accessible, high-quality care to the local community.
This role is ideal for someone who can think beyond BAU - someone who can bring structure, financial discipline, team leadership and a clear 3, 6 and 12-month operational plan.
