Overview

Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist — We are looking for our next Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist. Within this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performing dashboards, ensuring data integrity while leveraging AI and automation to enhance our reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and consolidate data from multiple sources (ServiceNow, SharePoint, APIs, data warehouses).
  • Align reporting with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM business KPIs (incidents, changes, service performance).
  • Provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Data Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX) and familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data tr...
