Powder Racker/Material Handler

Assist the Production Lead in daily operations pertaining to the powder coating facility.

Accurately record daily powder usage.

Assist in masking, hanging, and removal of parts.

Assist in packaging and transfer of finished goods to the shipping department.

Maintain the responsibilities of the ISO 9001 system in accordance with the requirements defined in the quality manual and procedure level documentation.

Participate actively and positively in ownership thinking and Lean activities.

Assist in manufacturing when necessary.

All other duties assigned.

One year powder finishing application with knowledge in electrostatic charging corona, powder coating material chemistries & cure schedules, and metals materials and pretreatment process.
