The role involves overseeing contract and company-owned farms, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices, and maintaining accurate records. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you'll work closely with various stakeholders including the grow-out manager and veterinary staff.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Farm experience in poultry production or agriculture is preferred.
