About the Role
We are seeking
a Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of neonatal eye and brain development. The successful candidate will join a project exploring developmental trajectories of infants diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity. The research involves recording vital signs and conducting electroencephalography (EEG) and electroretinography (ERG) in preterm infants. Working with Dr Caroline Hartley and Dr Kanmin Xue, the successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team of researchers. You will be working in a growing department within the Medical Sciences Division. The Department of Paediatrics is a world leader in child health research and hosts internationally renowned research programmes in drug development, gastroenterology, haematology, HIV, immunology, neuroimaging, neuromuscular diseases and vaccinology.
